I can cum dozens of times with actual ejaculatory responses. Not sure how common that is, but my research lead me here haha

You can see an example here: https://x.com/thecumcounter/status/2054273822162088149?s=20

Looks like these are similar to Reddit's r/ruinedorgasmsplus where you can find several back to back ejaculations in plateau phase. Similar to plateau phase burst contractions (sometimes called NEOs) but with some ejaculation. The main way to tell between plateau phase emissions and actual PONR reflex is looking at anal probe contraction data. The amplitude and number of contractions will be notably larger and longer, respectively. Would be cool to see some data! Binary Contraction Analysis is also a good preliminary option.

I'll say, they certainly feel like full orgasms with solid contractions and ejaculation during them.

It's commonly reported that the plateau phase emissions and PONR events feel similar. Some people do have shorter refractory periods or time between PONR events. Either way, there's almost no available data on multiple male responses of any kind. If you're interested in collecting your own data, I can help. I mean these aren't PONR and aren't ruined orgasms as I don't stop and I work all the way through them with full response both contraction wise and ejaculation wise. I honestly think my body is just wholly different than anything I've been able to research. No refractory period, no sensitivity post orgasm, no loss of erection despite full ejaculatory response. I have not seen this ability anywhere else.

There are a few reports of this in the literature, but you are the first to document ejaculation of some kind past 10 in one video. There was a guy in the 90s who talked about something similar, which could either be "ruined orgasms" or short evocations between them. Here's the website: http://multiorgasmic.com/. I'm curious how the distribution overtime of the contraction profiles stay consistent or change. Would be cool if you're curious in the research side of things. The PONR is better described as a 'maximum threshold,' since it does not actually require sex to stop, an erection to be present (as seen in ED-related orgasms), or an erection to subside afterward (as in priapism). I focus on time between evocations of a response rather than the time course of inhibitory factors or things like sensitivity, loss of erection, etc. Some people, especially in their teens, do have shorter refractory periods, so it would be more likely to hit higher number earlier. Kinsey has a chart that suggests that the younger someone is, the more orgasms they can have in a short period of time, but this has never been verified.

What's crazy is that I'm in my 40s now and it's still going. Definitely could do more when I was younger, but my ex and I hit 24 orgasms for me (almost all had visible ejaculation) in a three hour period just last year. Occasionally if I have too many in a row too quickly I run out of ejaculate and they're dry, but the feeling is the exact same still. Give it 15 minutes or so and I can visibly ejaculate again. I have been able to have at least 8 orgasms in each of my last 10 videos topping out at 13, 13 and 11. All of which were done in a 90 minute or less period. I just did a video that had 8 in 35 minutes all visible.
